Kamaladhasan, or as he's lovingly known as Kamal amongst the team, here joined PEaCE as Project Officer.

He started his career as a volunteer and social mobilizer with World Vision and the Palm Foundation, gaining valuable grassroots experience in community development. He spent over four years with the T-Field Child Development Federation, a funding partner of ChildFund Sri Lanka, where he held various roles, including Sponsorship Assistant, Program Assistant, and Community Development Officer. His expertise in project coordination led him to roles as a Project Officer at the Office for National Unity and Reconciliation and the National Peace Council. In addition to his development sector work, he gained corporate experience as Coordinator and Showroom Manager at Atom Virtual Reality (AVR), One Galle Face.
