Pradeep is a dedicated Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) professional with extensive expertise in health promotion and a passion for advancing public health through data-driven strategies.

Currently serving as the MEAL (Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning) Officer at PEaCE, Pradeep also contributes to community awareness and leads the training team. Before joining PEaCE, Pradeep held a senior M&E role with the Ministry of Health, where he played a pivotal part in a high-impact healthcare system-strengthening project. In this role, he led data collection, analysis, and reporting initiatives that informed national health policy and supported the achievement of key healthcare goals.

Pradeep’s career spans a diverse range of skills, including community health program coordination, stakeholder communication, and the organization of large-scale health initiatives. His collaborations include high-profile organizations like the Ministry of Health and the World Bank, where he monitored disbursement-linked indicators and oversaw fieldwork across multiple districts. With academic qualifications in Health Promotion and professional certifications in psychology, GIS mapping, and statistical analysis, Pradeep combines deep theoretical knowledge with practical experience. Fluent in Sinhala, English, and Tamil, he effectively builds diverse partnerships to enhance public well-being and foster sustainable community development both, nationally and globally.
