Jasmin works as a Programme Officer at PEaCE.

Jasmin, whose roots hail from the central hills of Sri Lanka, completed her education at the Good Shepherd Convent in Kandy. She holds a BA in Social Sciences from the Open University of Sri Lanka and an MA in Education from City University of Malaysia. Currently, Jasmin is pursuing a Doctorate in Education at Vern University in Croatia, focusing her research on "Online Education and the Mental Well-being of the Younger Generation." With over a decade of experience as a lecturer in the Faculty of Education and English at Aquinas College of Higher Studies in Colombo, Jasmin is also a certified trainer in Soft Skills and Personality Development. She is passionate about working with youth from diverse ethnic backgrounds and is fluent in all three of Sri Lanka’s main languages. Jasmin loves music and currently resides in Kandana.
