An awareness programme was held for 132 youth at the National Vocational Training Centre in Elpitiya, on 30th August 2024. The programme shed light on questions such as what is child sexual abuse?, How should young people protect themselves from it? What government and non-government agencies are there to help with problems involving children and young people?
